When you leave a full-time role to start your own business or company you have a true belief that you create your own hours. That hasn’t been my experience. The more our quality of work has been seen in the Podcast marketplace the busier we’ve gotten which is fantastic but there are problems with that. I can’t say no to the work because I need the cash flow to fund the business BUT by taking on that work I need to be here more hours of the day and a lot of the time out of hours.
