Jay Roche & Joe Weiss have built quite the community off of Jackson St. The New Tradition building is home to an event space, The Easy Company, Skana Design, Heartland Barber, Eastern Boarder, and our favorite coffee shop in Worcester. We talk with the guys about the direction they hope to take the building, and the surrounding area, we talk what it was like building everything out, and we talk about how they got Anchorhead Coffee out of Seattle!
