Do you want better answers? Well then ask better questions! If you listened to Season 1 of Velocity Visions Inc.’s podcast you learned the importance and influence of your self-talk.  You learned how to watch the language and commentary that runs through your head and how to steer it in a better direction. What people often ignore are the questions that they ask themselves in the midst of this running self-talk.  If you are human, you have likely asked yourself unhelpful questions that make you feel worse when you receive the answer.  Our brains are powerful. When we ask ourselves questions, our brains work hard on finding the answers.  Phrasing the questions we ask ourselves in a more mindful way,  will help us generate thoughts and ideas that will be more in line with what we want.  So here’s a question, wouldn’t receiving more helpful answers that could unlock more powerful parts of you be worth 15 minutes of your time?
