There are millions of books and apps written about time management.  My sister used to say, if you want something done give it to a busy person because they will get it done. Sometimes we are so busy being busy that we do not intentionally plan out how we spend our time.  Time is such a precious commodity and wouldn’t it be great to feel guilt free about how you spend your time daily?
