Nikita Mehta (she/her) is a holistic sobriety coach, yoga teacher and writer. With a background in Speech Pathology, Nikita weaves in an understanding of neurobiology and somatic therapy in all of her sessions both in the studio and in the proverbial therapy chair. Her new therepic model of Somatic Intuition draws on an understanding of deep body listening that takes into account models of generational trauma, Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and the neurobiology of habit. She has trained with Jolene Park, Janet Stone, Tommy Rosen, Judith Lasater and many others. Her new company, Your Sober Lifestyle, focuses on an abundance mindset in the reforming of habits around alcohol consumption.
