Primary Criterion: 🟨 Unwavering Loyalty A long-standing and committed association with a single NHL organization, performing multiple functions player, coach, executive, or contributor. Demonstrates enduring dedication through multiple roles, seasons, or eras within the same team. Prioritizes team success and legacy over personal gain or greener pastures. Supporting Criteria: 🟦 Leadership by Example Leads with quiet confidence, consistency, and professionalism. 🟩 Character and Humility Embodies grace, sportsmanship, and respect on and off the ice. Carries themselves with humility, even in moments of success or hardship. 🟥 Service and Sacrifice Willingness to go above and beyond for the team or community.
