During today's conversation on Scripture & Story, we are going to talk about how to make the most of difficult seasons.   We all have them, don’t we? We all go through difficult seasons. Circumstances we would never choose. Experiences we would rather not know by experience. Hard times that threaten to steal our joy and upset our faith.   But if you are a child of God, you can know with certainty that suffering is never wasted. God has purpose in your suffering. He has plans to use it for your good and His glory. He wants to shape and form you more and more into the image of His Son, so the world will see Christ in you and give glory to God.   So, in the midst of difficult seasons, how can you and I cooperate with the Spirit of God to make the most of them? How do we recognize what God is up to and surrender to the transformative work He is doing?
