Will and Randy explain Ventures strategy for the APAC region is built upon the Ventures 2.0 global strategy that was announced in early 2021. Randy Liu represents SCOR Ventures in the APAC region, based in Singapore. Randy has a background in catastrophe modelling and climate change.  He is fluent in Mandarin. Will Bird is a Senior Associate based in Chicago. Prior to joining SCOR Ventures, Will worked in venture capital and strategy at a leading U.S. personal lines insurer.
