[14:13] everyone at Falls Lake wears too many hats
[17:54] Falls Lake could improve on that maybe hiring a couple extra people for support.
[19:44] we're having to look out for their social and emotional well being
[21:53] my mom was my teacher.
[22:39] the kids think I'm old now.
