Latoya is the Director of Elementary Programs and Gifted Education for a school district in South Carolina and when we met in person a few weeks ago we totally hit it off right away. Dr. Dixon has been a teacher, Principal at two different levels and also worked for the Department of Education in North Carolina before taking her current job.
