To start the episode, Ryan talks cheer and dance, sending messages from athletes to the resigning head coach. Then, it’s an update on the track and field teams, who are preparing for the conference championships. To conclude the first half, Ryan talks about SAU football ahead of their Spring Showcase. Following a station break, Ryan discusses the softball and baseball teams, both of which are in the conference tournaments. That’s followed by golf, where the women prepare for the national championships and the men end their season.
