Episode Synopsis

I would love to hear from you, just send me text and let me know what you think of the podcast. It’s my last day of looking at positivity and authentic happiness and today I found a study that was particularly important to me. A study by a researcher at Johns Hopkins University found that people with a positive outlook on life had a 13% decrease in their chances for a heart attack or other coronary event. This held true for those of different ethnicities and even those with a family history of heart disease or other risk factors. The study looked at many different groups and additional research and the data was clear, those with a cheery outlook on life had much fewer serious cardiac events. This study and the other two studies I looked at this week show that authentic happiness is something you cannot fake and it is vital to a long and healthy life. While some might think happiness comes from circumstance or is even innate, I happen to think that it's a choice. So choose to be happy and continue to strive for a life that has purpose and meaning for you.Remember, Sax in the Morning swag is now available on my Instagram site.
