Have you fallen out of love and into resentment? This definitely happened to us in the past! We see so many couples fall into this trap and it's something we still have to work on regularly. Because, we are two very different human beings with different likes, dislikes, needs and wants. So of course there are going to be things that you and your partner don’t always agree on. In this video we share two ways that you can start to overcome resentment So firstly, get clear on if you have some resentment, I can almost guarantee that you do. If you're telling stories about your partner this is how it starts. You'll be saying like stories to yourself, like he shouldn't be doing this, or why does she always do that? Or he never does it this way and it really frustrates me that they do that. There'll be a story that you tell that literally feeds this resentment and dramatises it. It makes it so big and it's a form of judgment. It's a form of judgment to the other person. It comes across as criticism. Resentment can also come across as avoidance not having the conversation like stonewalling.
