Today I want to talk about how to be happy now. Happiness is literally something we're all seeking and chasing.And what I want to share with you is what I learned that really, happiness doesn't require anything for us to be happy. So there is nothing that needs to happen on the outside but so many of us get caught in the trap of I'll be happy when. I'll be happy when my partner does this. I'll be happy when we get a new house. I'll be happy when I have a new car. I'll be happy when I get a new job. I'll be happy when my kids do this. We all create these massive lists of I'll be happy when, as if this thing is going to give us happiness in the future. But it doesn't work like that because then you get the house or you get the car and then you start that cycle again.
