What was the secret to making David the sweet psalmist of Israel?  There are several keys to making David and to ensure his ascent to the throne.  The following Scripture is David’s finale in the masterpiece of his composition that was orchestrated by God.
“1 Now these are the last words of David: The oracle of David, the son of Jesse, the oracle of the man who was raised on high, the anointed of the God of Jacob, the sweet psalmist of Israel:” (2 Samuel 23:1 RSV)
