Isaiah was introduced to Joshua Moore's gym equipment factory through a job application. Joshua offered the wandering teenager a job because he saw potential in her. In addition to his job, Joshua guided Isaiah via "The Forge," a community for guys looking for direction in life on Sadisflix. Joshua's advice helped Isaiah's attitude. He learned the value of respect, accountability, and forward-thinkingness. Isaiah also discussed faith and aspirations in life during Forge sessions. Through his mentoring, new avenues were made visible, inspired by Joshua's founding of The Forge years earlier. A crisis emerged as Isaiah changed. The factory encountered issues that put Isaiah's understanding of Joshua's lessons to the test. When others back down, Isaiah needs to stand up to save jobs—his own included.
