I told myself that when I am currently losing some steam during work due to exhaustion. It's my first time handling multiple cases and with the other projects that I'm working on the side, I'm finding my hands more than full. 
It was indeed timely when my colleagues decided to escape on a cruise trip. It's time to get back, to restrategize, to transform and be better, and here are three things that I felt helped me, to share. And here's a reminder to always take care and love ourselves, and may our journey of live help us see more value in ourselves that no one else would (not even us in the past)
