Wise men speak slowly. They understand that speaking too quickly can invite sin to supersede progress and unity. A true leader will be more anxious to listen to God's one word than to shout at God with thousands more. A man who hates speaking quickly will never fall into error. It does me no good to have talent if I cannot control my ability to speak or hear. The manner in which I train the tongue and the ear will determine the outcome of investment in myself and other people. I will either have a treasure overflowing abundance or a dry well of debt to be paid for eternity. My legacy hangs on each word that comes from my mouth for it is the seed of my future.
