Today, a new album of music by four Icelandic composers is released - RÚV English Radio speaks to the duo behind "Aequora".

Pianist Mina Gajić and violinist Zachary Carrettin today release "Aequora" (https://www.sonoluminus.com/sonoluminus/aequora), featuring works by four Icelandic composers: María Huld Markan Sigfúsdóttir, Anna Thorvaldsdottir, Daníel Bjarnason, and Páll Ragnar Pálsson.

Released on the Sono Luminus label, it marks their first time recording as Mystery Sonata.

Darren spoke to Mina and Zachary at their home in Boulder, Colorado, and heard about their love for the works they've recorded.
