From junior and high school levels to D1 college athletics and two Olympic trials, she excelled in the 10 meter platform event but has now moved on to medical school and hung up her shammy towel, leaving her parents to figure out what to do with their lives…

Samantha is a master’s level independently licensed clinical social worker supervisor, licensed chemical dependency counselor supervisor and DBT-Lineham Board Certified Therapist with over 20 years of experience in field of mental health therapy. She has two children.
Cathy is a program manager in a local healthcare system and is a certified yoga instructor and coach. She has four children.
