On today's episode of Running Through My Mind, we're talking about going for it. What sounds better to you.. day one, or one day? It can be so hard to take the first step but that's all it is.. the FIRST step! We put a lot of pressure on ourselves to reach our goals but if we focus on literally one day, one activity at a time it seems like nothing. I know everybody here can spend a little time on one thing they love and are passionate about. Even if it's as little as 5 minutes. When you add up 5 minutes every day for a year, that's 1,825 minutes ahead you've gotten and further toward your goal. Don't get too intimidated.. just go for it! Thanks for listening along.
