Rejection- Over the years I've experienced rejection and it's been a paralyzing thing for so long. Last year however gets the prize for the most frequent occurrences of rejection I have ever experienced or felt since I've been on the earth. One day recently the light bulb went off and after years of struggling with the feelings associated with rejection, the heaviness lifted. Why? I finally realized that rejection is a gift. Yep- you read that right. I will share with you the gifts that rejection brought forth to me and encourage you to explore this for your self.
