This is my long overdue update on what's happening in my running. Ran a trail race at Chateau Elan and injured myself. Therefore my Half Marathon on December 17th is now in jeopardy. Actually it is more out of the question now. I am going to see if I can switch to the Virtual option of the race, which will give me more time to recover hopefully.I went out to Stone Mountain to see if I could even run since I haven't been able to run since Nov. 18th. I managed to get in a 35 minute run/walk and felt encouraged but realized that the Half is really not doable in December. I Have to get into some serious rehab for my leg.This podcast was recorded using the Ferrite App on an iPhone 8+ and edited using Hindenburg Journalist software.
