During our talk, Chris Connors compelling story highlights how one person's actions can make such a BIG difference to society and to the WORLD.  

Chris believes “Every child and young adult have something to give in the world.” Founding the CoCo’s Foundation in 2010 giving Children and young adults a “Hand up, not a Hand out”.

Chris is passionate about a child’s basic needs: Food, water, shelter, and education. This is achieved through the Foundation's 4 main Projects including Food4Life, Build4TheFuture, Clothes4Clothes, and  Skills4Life.

We encourage our listeners to make a difference and consider donating as little as £2/$2 per month to the CoCo’s Foundation. Unlike other charities, 100% of your donation will serve the people in need. Chris chooses not to take a penny from the charity even though legally he is entitled to use £0.49 of every £1 ($0.49 of every $1) of proceeds to fund the charity's operation.  The cost of running the charity is absorbed through CoCo’s Style, Chris’s successful chain of hair salons and hairdressing academy operated in the South East of England. 

As entrepreneurs, Rocket Pod shares Chris’s values that we’d like to leave the world in a better place than we found it. 

Chris is an inspiration living with clear intentions and dedication to see things through. Chris utilizes his business as a platform to fuel good and help his staff and trainees and those connected to him be their best selves and live their dreams.

Let’s think about this for a moment. £2 or $2.4 can feed 40 children. As Chris explains, when our very basic needs are met e.g. food, shelter, education and a supportive community. Human beings adapt to their environment and have all the answers to live a good life.
