If you're into the food of Singapore, you've no doubt seen him on every single episode of TV that the late Anthony Bourdain shot in Singapore.   An impassioned supporter of the Singaporean hawker community, Seetoh has been tireless in his promotion of the food stalls particularly since the Covid-19 pandemic hit. Like most restaurants across the world, the hawker stalls have been hardest hit within the industry in Singapore.
