I think procrastination and lack of action are what hold people back from achieving what they REALLY want for their health, fitness, mindset and body. This has been one of the areas of my life which I considered my greatest weakness, but I've been able to condition myself throughout 2019 to now become a strength. Imagine where your health and fitness could be this time next year if you implemented empowering changes faster than you do right now. Not taking months, weeks, days or even hours to make those decisions, but instead just seconds. Less thinking about it, more doing!
