Oscar is the Founder of On Eagles Wings Ministry, a local organization that serves thousands of children all over the country of Nicaragua. He currently lives in Leon, Nicaragua with his wife and two children, sharing the love of Jesus every day and empowering people to live a life of ministry every where they go.
