Mr. Nigel Brown and Ms. Kacia Kyle talk shop about the frustrations of working on teams with the wrong individuals and how they now choose their teams for school projects and side businesses. My mentee co-host today is Kacia Kyle, a senior at the University of Houston planning to become an Human Resources Specialist. She shares a few of the struggles she's had working with teams and shares what she has learned over the past few years. My mentor co-hose today is Nigel Brown of Prosper, TX. He currently works as a Management Consultant at Accenture but has also worked for companies such as Air Products, Donaldson, and Kraft Foods.
