No one denies the importance that technology has in our contemporary world, and the good things that have become pervading our daily lives thanks to the development that our contemporary world is experiencing from a technological standpoint, and economic abundance is no longer a secret to anyone, but we also cannot deny the many negatives that have accompanied technological development. It's never-ending and constantly demanding your attention whether you're busy or lying on the couch, add to that the constant scrolling of phone and tablet screens, and the enormous pressure from friends and co-workers to always be connected and available. Technology has undoubtedly changed our lives for the better, but it has brought a set of new challenges that our ancestors did not know about, such as stress resulting from excessive use of electronic devices, which is a contemporary affliction that we must adapt to and find solutions to coexist with. This affliction manifests itself in a constant feeling of anxiety and excessive irritability. Constant hyperactivity, sleep problems, and fatigue are caused by stress.But these problems that we are witnessing with the technological invasion of our lives at present, we must not stand idly in front of them, as there is much that can be done to overcome the difficulties that accompanied the tremendous transformation in the contemporary way of life that came as a result of the technological revolution.
