My efforts and focus are paying off, but I'm not quite there yet. I can try and replay the day in my head to see where I could have shaved time off, but that's not going to help a ton here. Ultimately, I'm not worthy of being on that podium just yet.When I'm under a minute, I'll worry about finding those smaller details on techniques to shave seconds off obstacles. But the truth is, my cardio still isn't where it needs to be to win. Yet, I can see it's significantly better than it was. So I know the training is working. My process is working.
