Do some light stretching in bed with your eyes closed if needed, but just keep yourself in a restful state.It's the panic and frustration that lead to the issues you expect. You excite yourself in negative energy and invite it to come and play. Just lay in that restful state. Eventually, you'll fall in and out of sleep, and it'll still feel decent enough.No excuses!
