When you don't get the sleep you thought you needed, you don't need to have a bad day. Don't put that expectation on yourself.Some nights, your brain might just fire off. Some nights, maybe it's a pain that flares up. Don't panic. Don't allow yourself to get frustrated. Do some light stretching in bed with your eyes closed if needed, but just keep yourself in a restful state.It's the panic and frustration that lead to the issues you expect. You excite yourself in negative energy and invite it to come and play. Just lay in that restful state. Eventually, you'll fall in and out of sleep, and it'll still feel decent enough.No excuses!
