Listen "Robodebt and ministerial powers in the draft changes to NDIS "

Episode Synopsis

In this episode Rights, Rorts and Rant’s legal correspondent, Mike Holland, continues his investigations into the awarding of so-called Henry VIII powers to ministers in the Morrison government. He focuses on the draft proposal to radically change assessment criteria for the NDIS, some of which would include employing public servants from the “Robo debt” fiasco, and giving the minister ultimate power on what disability payments could be spent on. The episode finishes with a look at the blatant misuse of public funds that have occurred under the Morrison government.
