Listen "15. Willing to Be Uncomfortable "
Episode Synopsis
Larry shares his story of leadership and service over decades as a follower of Christ. Through years of military service and high-level positions in the business world, Larry made a point to live out his Christian values in every space he occupied. This often set him at odds with corporate culture and placed him in situations outside of his comfort zone. As Larry began serving with Mobile Loaves and Fishes, God called him and his wife, Wendy, to sell everything and move into a tiny home in Community First! Village, a ministry that provides housing for those coming out of homelessness. Taking these steps of faith has not been easy, but Larry sees the value of obedience to Christ and serving others over his own wealth and comfort.
