This week Jason talks to Erick Cedeno, also known as the Bicycle Nomad. Erick is an adventure cyclist who has ridden over 45,000 miles in just over a decade, and all of those miles without a computer. He talks about what is required physically, mentally and spiritually to go on bike rides for over a month or longer, and to ride across the country. He recently completed a large part of the Underground Railroad and talks about the challenges and significance of this journey.
