REGINA LARK is a Professional Member of the National Speakers’ Association and speaks and trains on emotional labor, women's lives and history, women’s leadership, ADHD, and the power of positive thinking. We gladly welcome her, from Los Angeles, California, to our RICK FLYNN PRESENTS podcast. Dr. Lark is the founder and owner A Clear Path: Professional Organizing and Productivity. Regina earned a Ph.D. in U.S. Women’s History from the University of Southern California then worked with the UCLA Women’s Studies program. In 2008 she left higher education to start A Clear Path.
She is the author of two books: Emotional Labor: Why Women’s Work is Never Done and What to do About It -- and -- Psychic Debris, Crowded Closets: The Relationship Between the Stuff in Your Head and What’s Under Your Bed.
