Listen "333. Weekly Guided Reflection: Session 16 (Special Edition: Personal Notes 2013-2019)"
Episode Synopsis
We've been decluttering our closet and came across a box of personal notes from 2013-2019! What a treasure! Let's analyze these as an example of personal development journey.
By taking deliberate time for our self and answering simple questions about life, it'll increase our clarity and awareness. It'll help us become more precise in our actions, which will save us time & energy and enhance our experience.
Questions from this session:
1. What're we grateful for?
2. What's something in our past that didn't work out but we learned from it and now it's come full circle?
3. What's something foundational we know about our self to our core?
4. What's something we want to do or accomplish? What is part of that? What will we have to do to achieve that? How can we execute it? (What + How) Make it measurable.
5. What's a habit we have that we want to improve? How can we make effort towards this measurable?
6. Do we feel we have good communication with our friends? How can we maintain these relationships better?
7. What's a media source (like a podcast or tv show) that we draw inspiration from?
8. Over the next week, think/mediate on our last 8-10 years of progress as a human being.
