Exodus 3:1-4:Now Moses kept the flock of Jethro his father in law, the priest of Midian: and he led the flock to the backside of the desert, and came to the mountain of God, even to Horeb.Jethro transferred the burden of keeping his flocks from his 7 daughters to Moses alone.. Jethro did not allow his daughters to follow Moses around. Oh no! Moral integrity, faithfulness and  discipline is critical in the fulfillment of purpose. If you cannot be disciplined you cannot be trusted. As soon as Moses came, the girls stayed back home.  This practical discipline in life and character brought Moses to the mountain of God at the back side of the desert. 1 Corinthians 9:27:I discipline my body like an athlete, training it to do what it should. Otherwise, I fear that after preaching to others I myself might be disqualified.
