The authors—Kasper Trolle Elmholdt, Jeppe Agger Nielsen, Arild Wæraas, and Renate Meyer—take us on a 10-year journey following the “Leadership Pipeline” model, originally conceived in the U.S., as it morphs into a uniquely Danish version.
