Kara Hunt is an Integrative Holistic Healing Arts Practitioner and Transformative Life Coach, descended from the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians and Grand River Band of Ottawa Indians. Since 2004, she has specialized in massage therapy, energetic healing, Reiki, sound therapy, and trauma-informed coaching. Focusing on intergenerational trauma healing for Indigenous kwewok women, Kara provides heart-centered, trauma-informed care to support her clients' journeys toward living mno bimaadiziwin—"the good life." Through her workshops and retreats, she empowers individuals to heal and thrive using holistic practices rooted in cultural wisdom and integrity.
