During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in Australia, the National Retail Association partnered with Lamb Agency to spread the word about their Digital Lifeline Initiative. Prior to COVID-19, eCommerce made around 10-15% of total retail revenue* whereas new indicators show transactions have spiked up to 81% since March 2020.**The pandemic has forced a change of behaviour and widespread adoption of online retail. There will be a permanent shift to eCommerce as a result.
