Life is full of noise from external sources — social media, friends, parents, society. It's a stressful world we live in, and one that's even harder to navigate if you're a young girl.    This week's guest, Dr. Tim Jordan, uses his pediatric medicine expertise to help girls cut through that noise to learn how to build self-trust, self-worth, and a strong intuition to guide them through life. From growing up with 5 younger sisters, he knows the expectations and struggles girls face from a very young age and has the utmost empathy for their experiences.
