There are 3 components to be successful with any health journey - Knowledge, Preparation, Accountability. 1) Knowledge. You have to have a basic understanding of how foods work. You should know how to cook food. How much water you need. You don’t need a university degree. But it’s important to have a good idea about food/nutrition. Just promise me you won’t get your knowledge from the magazine rack at the grocery store.2) Preparation. I believe this one is the most important. You can have all the knowledge in the world, but if you don’t have your foods planned and prepared, you’re relying almost entirely on willpower to reach your goals. do you have a routine in place? If not, what can you do to start?3) Accountability. This could be accountability to yourself (through a calendar or checklist). You could use a friend or family member for accountability. Or you might look into hiring a coach to help and guide you.So which is your area for improvement? What do you need to do to move the needle?
