She is currently employed as a Reader in the School of Nursing & Midwifery, Queen’s University. Her research interests centre around Heart Failure, in particular patients with an implanted cardiac device (ICD) as well as those in advanced/palliative stages of HF. She was awarded Career Development Research Fellowship, funded by the British Heart Foundation (BHF) in April 2023.
