Welcome to episode 7. This week Dr. Elyssa & Dana and talking about all the aches and pains they are seeing in practice with our DESK POSTURES! Learn our favorite ways to make sure we are sitting right PLUS our top 3 exercises to take microbreaks throughout the day. 
Key Points

Remember 90-degree angles with how you are sitting: elbows at 90, knees at 90, hips at 90 with your head stacked over your shoulders.
Our favorite 3 ways (plus a bonus!) to take a break at the desk:


Eye break: look at something far away for about 30 seconds.
Arm stretch: stretch your pec (front of your chest) in a door frame.
Movement break: stand up and march in place, jumping jacks or a quick walk around the block
Don't forget your breath!
