Kaylee Grace is an emotional trauma recovery coach who supports people through their journey of emotional recovery using the same techniques she used on herself to heal from her cptsd, panic attacks, flashbacks and depression.
Note: There is a moment where after sitting in silence, I start laughing. I am not laughing at Kaylee or her story of trauma and challenge. Instead, I see through to what is underneath. I thought about editing it out, but Kaylee insisted that I leave it in. I edited some of the silence, but the rest is left in as is. It is a beautiful moment, and I hope you hear something in it.
