Listen "Berlin Parking - Model or Warning?"
Episode Synopsis
Paul Barter spoke with Jos Nino Notz about parking policy in Berlin, Germany. It is a mixed story. On the other hand, parking management, especially enforcement, is weak beyond the core. The reasons for this are surprising. This is Reinventing Parking episode 6.
