It's a New World Order. Scratch that, it's a Brave New World, as the fourth Captain America film makes its big screen debut. This time around it's Sam Wilson (Anthony Mackie) who wields the shield, while still wearing the wings, as if he is not quite sure this gig is gonna last. This delayed, retitled, and much reshot MCU film marks Cap 2.0's first big screen appearance and the follow up to the 2021 Disney Plus series Falcon and the Winter Soldier. So, is it good? The Regular Joes answer with a resounding, "sort of." They run down the good points and the bad points as the first of three 2025 Marvel films falls short of it's box office hopes.
