Often when divorcing parents come to me, one has been estranged from their child and they don't know why.  They feel heartbroken and are full of fear that things in court will not go their way.  Despite our work together to get them insight into what their child is truly thinking and feeling, there are natural delays in both the healing and legal processes.  These moments of "stillness" can trigger a mix of negative emotions. Today's episode speaks to this emotional discomfort and provides a means through this miserable space.
