Realising that the life of a believer is often like a wrestling match can be quite sobering.We wrestle not against flesh and blood but against powers, principalities & rulers in darkness.

God leads us to a place of rest but from the life of David, that doesn't necessarily mean the absence of spiritual battles or strife but that God takes over and fights for us.

Strengthen your inner man through prayer and fasting, worship and other spiritual disciplines to be able to wrestle. The same way the wrestlers work on their physical strength.
