Growing up a tinkerer and passionate woodworker, John’s path to the shop included building custom storage buildings followed by 17 years building playground equipment. After the economic crisis in 2008, John made a big change and started building custom cabinetry and guitars after reconnecting with an old friend who turned out to be a Nashville musician. John got his start in golf from the caddying side, working at a local golf course and eventually finding his way to the shop. John shares what it’s like working at two courses.
